When you purchase your alarm subscription, you will be charged a monthly fee for the first month and your subscription will be activated immediately. You will then be charged automatically on the same debit card once a month for as long as you keep your subscription. All payment are handled through our payment partner, Bambora, and their partners. You can cancel your subscription whenever you choose and it does not have a notice.
Card payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your card is charged immediately.
If your monthly payment fails, due to for example an expired card or insufficient funds, you will receive a notice via the email address you have registered with us. If we cannot successfully process your payment within seven days, your subscription will be closed and you will receive a message about this.
We never know the reason why a payment has failed. If your card was locked or expired, you will need to renew your card information under My Account -> Payments.
It is very important that you enter complete and correct information about yourself, so that you can get the best help possible in case of an emergency. Use our tutorials if you need more information.
All your information is handled in accordance with applicable laws. CQrify will never sell your usage data to any third party.
All current prices can be found in our price information. If you send alarms to your alarm receivers or if you use the CQme Follow me service, the SMSes are sent from the CQrify SMS server. You will be charged in arrears for these SMSes in your monthly payment.
Generally, for the alarm functions to work properly, a valid telephone plan with data traffic is required. Also, the positioning function of the telephone needs to be activated. When the CQme app is installed, you must confirm access to all the functions that it requests access to.
As a user, you must inform the persons used as alarm receivers and contacts about what instructions will be used when receiving an alarm. It is your responsibility that the correct information is registered in the CQme app.
When you add an alarm receiver or contact person, information is sent to the person as an SMS with a link to more information. Alarm receivers and contacts will get an SMS once per year with a reminder of this information.
The alarm center will follow a standardized alarm instruction with the steps listed below:
A false alarm can be a serious crime. The alarm service should never be abused. In case of abuse, we will issue a warning and if the abuse is repeated, the alarm subscription will be terminated. Serious and/or repeated abuse will be reported to the police. False alarms to alarm center will be charged a penalty fee.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so on My pages. Your service will run for as long as you have paid for in advance and then be cancelled. Your payment information registered with our payment partner, Bambora, will be automatically erased when your subscription is cancelled..
You must make sure your telephone allows updates of the CQme app to assure that you always have the latest version of the app.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without stating a reason.
To withdraw from the agreement, send, by email, a notification stating clearly that you wish to withdraw.
If you choose to withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the payments we have received from you. The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days after your notice was received. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to make your initial payment. Please note that any costs generated by the use of the service, such as alarmcenter, guards or SMSes sent, will not be refunded. The refund will not cost you anything.
Disputes will be settled in public court in Sweden.
